The facility is close to the University of Agricultural Science and Veterinary Medicine and the Zooprophylactic Institute, the Frontone Gardens and the Umbria Jazz’ Berklee Clinics that each year in July livens up Perugia.
Other important University Departments together with the well-known University for Foreigners can be reached walking or by bus.

Each accommodation has an equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, TV, security safe box, WI-FI connection. Almost all our apartments have air-conditioning, some of them have even a panoramic view. Sheets and towels are included and are changed weekly.
Each accommodation can host one or two people. A third bed can be added upon request
